Key responsibilities:

Gardener

Lawn, flowerbed and ornamental plant care.
Seasonal work: planting, pruning, feeding, preparing the plot for winter.
Watering and protecting plants from pests.
Garden and fruit tree care.

Minor repairs to the house and grounds.
Maintenance of appliances, tools and household equipment.
Assistance with organising and maintaining order in the garden.
Monitoring the working order of utilities (lighting, water, etc.).

Residential care

This arrangement is suitable for families who require daily assistance and the constant presence of a carer in the home.

Rotational

(shift pattern)

The staff member works on a rotational basis, for example 7/7 or 14/14, ensuring a constant presence on the premises.

On a permanent basis

The caretaker or gardener lives on the premises and carries out all day-to-day duties every day.

Non-residential

An option for families who only require assistance during working hours.

Full-time

5–6 days a week with a fixed working schedule.

Part-time (1–4 days a week)

for occasional or seasonal tasks on site.

Our requirements for candidates

Knowledge of agricultural techniques (gardener)

Caring for plants and the lawn, seasonal work, basic knowledge of fertilisers, pruning and planting.

Technical skills (caretaker)

Understanding of how engineering systems work, basic maintenance, ability to use tools and carry out minor repairs.

Conscientiousness, responsibility, tidiness

Ability to keep things tidy, work independently and approach tasks with care.

References are essential
