Working arrangements / schedules

We offer several working arrangements so that every candidate can choose the option that suits them best:

Live-in

Constant presence in the home. Accommodation and meal arrangements are agreed on an individual basis.

Shift-based work

7/7, 14/14, 30/30 and other long-term rotations with accommodation provided for the duration of the shift. A common format for working abroad and in remote locations.

Daily shifts (rotational format)

24/48, 48/72, 2/2 and other short rotations. After the shift ends, the candidate returns home.

No accommodation provided

Daytime employment — full-time or part-time, depending on the family’s schedule.

One-off / temporary work

Short-term requests: covering for a regular employee, assistance for a specific period, travel support (if required).
